The Annual "Tee up" for the

Cottonwood River Golf Tournament!

    The first annual three person Best Shot Golf Tournament was held on September 19, 2002 along the Cottonwood River at the Farmer's Golf and Health Club in Sanborn, MN.

   The second annual Best Ball Golf Tournament was held Thursday, September 9th, 2004 at the Farmer's Golf and Health Club in Sanborn, MN.

  The third annual Best Ball Golf Tournament was held Thursday, September 15th, 2005 at the Farmer's Golf and Health Club in Sanborn, MN. 

    The fourth annual Best Ball Golf Tournament was held Thursday, September 14th, 2006 at the Farmer's Golf and Health Club in Sanborn, MN.

    The fifth annual Best Ball Golf Tournament was held Thursday, September 13th, 2007 at the Farmer's Golf and Health Club in Sanborn, MN.

  Same great location, on the banks of the Cottonwood River, at the Farmer's Golf and Health Club in Sanborn, MN.

RCRCA has suspended the annual golf tournament until further notice.  If we reinstitute the golf tournament, we will post information on this website as well as newspaper advertising.  Thank you to those who have participated in the past.

    If you would like to participate without assembling a team, contact us here at RCRCA and we will match up singles and small groups into 3 or 4-person teams for the tournament.

    Meals and green fees are provided by RCRCA.  Participants must provide their own cart or rent one if they wish to use one.  For the 4th straight year, we had Joni's Restaurant & Catering provide lunch and dinner.  The 2007 menu was morning rolls with choice of milk or coffee.  Lunch was pulled pork BBQ sandwiches, macaroni salad, chips and cookies.  Dinner was fried chicken, baked beans, garlic mashed potatoes, fresh fruit, 7 layer salad, roll and butter after 18 holes of golf.  The Farmer's Golf and Health Club also serves a variety of beverages for your enjoyment. 

Due to a limited supply of golf carts, if you can bring one, it is highly recommended to ensure all participants have access to a cart.
